I am Ashley, a professional Career Coach accredited by the Career Development Institute, with over 15 years of experience in the charity and private sectors. My career has been dedicated to supporting individuals to overcome barriers and find meaningful employment.
I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health support needs, individuals returning to work after a break, the long-term unemployed, career changers, and ex-offenders.
In the charity and private sector, I have honed my expertise, helping people identify and achieve their ambitions in a competitive job market.
I am a graduate of Canterbury Christ Church University, where I earned a BA in Counselling, Coaching, and Mentoring. Additionally, I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Career Coaching from Birkbeck College – University of London.
