Through my experience working in employment support and mental health fields, I have seen how anxiety and a lack of confidence can often hold people back and prevent them from achieving their goals.
Moving Forward
Having experienced imposter syndrome following my own midlife career change, I had hypnotherapy. That is when I experienced the benefits of hypnotherapy, I recognised how it could support my clients in addressing these challenges and help them make positive changes that they may otherwise find difficult or take a long time to achieve. To enable this past over the past four years I have undertaken a hypnotherapy training and qualifications.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy can help you work with your subconscious mind to support the changes you want to make and let go of unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I will guide and support you throughout the process, but we work together as a team, you remain in control of your own journey. Which will enable you to make progress with your career goals.
